Taking part to the contest “Renderig the Metaverse” of OTOY (producer of the rendering software Octane render), Orwell has created “The stone Raft”. It is an artificial island self-sustained adrift of the Metaverse Oceans. The islanders can live a “second life” within a lot of independent residential “bio-spheres”, projected as radical meta-spaces.
An experiment of immersive and navigable real time virtual reality also realized on the Unreal Platform. The VR technology allows a complete navigability.
